Dr. Carolle Jean-Murat is a doctor of the body, the mind and the soul. A certified Gynaecologist who is also a holistic practitioner, Dr. Carolle’s blog is a source of holistic wellness for those who come seeking health – physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. But this source of positive communication for many was using a standard Blogger template for design and needed to be substituted with something that characterized Dr. Carolle’s approach to health – Holistic.

We gave Dr. Carolle a custom template that better suited what the website represented to the customers and integrated a few widgets that took the user experience at Dr. Carolle’s blog to a whole new level.

Premium Homeware, a leading home accessories merchandiser, needed a website that communicated to the customers – ‘Home is where Premium Homeware is’. Their wide range of products required to be adequately showcased to the Internet audience through a comprehensive online catalog that could be expanded and managed easily.

We created this online catalog for Premium Homeware and also gave them the easy-to-manage administration console they were looking for. Some of the features that we offered as part of this custom solution were:

• An easy-to-manage administration catalog based on Web 2.0
• Ability to add new users and roles
• Restricted-access based function to add marketing managers and sales executives
• A provision to let users create a wishlist
• A feature that let Premium Homeware highlight their bestsellers

Eleanorproperties.com is a corporate brand identity solution for a real estate consulting firm. They are in the business of bringing people closer to their dream homes , properties and needed a website that looked like a dream to be able to communicate that to their clients.

We created a custom design for eleanorproperties.com to give the users a savvy navigation experience that has web 2.0 at its core.

Anybody who has applied to foreign universities for higher studies knows the amount of effort it requires to just get the SOP right, write an insightful essay and submit a catchy CV – things that can remarkably increase chances of selection. Perfect Applications aim to ease the process for students by letting students upload their SOPs, resumes and essays and by having them reviewed by experts who provide feedback and tips to the students. And for this they needed a highly interactive website that was also student-friendly and savvy enough to appeal to students.

So we gave them a web 2.0-based application that students could use to manage their applications. They could upload their draft essays and SOPs and edit or manage them online. The moderators could also use this system to make changes to these documents and send it back to the applicants. It was, in effect, a file management system for the applicants and moderators. We also integrated a desktop-feel for ease of use and an admin console for the moderators and experts so that ease of use was maintained no matter which end you used the application from.

And in the end we brought in payment gateway integration into this application to complete this slick web 2.0-file management system experience.

Here was a company that dealt with protecting people. A major player in the field of armoured vehicles, Armormax India needed to define a brand identity for themselves and position themselves as a  key player who could not be ignored in this niche market. And we helped them on armormaxindia.com right from defining that brand identity to delivering a website to showcase that identity.

We analysed Armormax and its key offerings to arrive at a unique brand identity for them. This uniqueness reflected in the design of their website as well.

• We integrated a blogging feature where they could elaborate on their new offerings and updates.

• A content management system was brought in place to allow Armormax India to manage the models of armoured cars on offer and the categories they belonged to.

On July 1, 2010 Dr. Carolle  leaves for Haiti as part of a team of 50 doctors, dentists, educators, and other emergency medical professionals to provide much needed services to those still suffering from the devastating earthquake last winter. Most victims are still terrified of sleeping inside and with their homes destroyed are sleeping outside under tarps and tents. Many are suffering ongoing medical problems while others have lost arms and legs to crush injuries. Those who have been traumatized the most the most are the children.

We gave Dr. Carolle a custom WordPress theme allowing her to reach unprecedented level of personalization for her blog. We worked with Dr. Carolle  closely and gave our suggestions to ensure that the new theme meets all usability standards and is well perceived by her target audience.

Choco4you, custom chocolate makers, understand that your deepest feelings should have no bounds of language and only you can say best what you want to say to your loved ones. This understanding shows in their innovative offerings –chocolate boxes in customized sizes, personal messages on chocolates pieces or wrappers, personal pictures on the gifts. And the icing on the cake, or shall we say on the chocolate, is that all this is offered in multiple languages! Now that is a lot of customization to deal with.

And yet, we created a multi-language web shop for Choco4you, complete with social media integration on Facebook and Twitter. We offered multiple payment gateways in this solution and features for cataloging, wishlist creation and product reviews too. Only so Choco4you could continue to help feelings be communicated in the good old way – sweetly.

A piece of beautifully crafted jewellery is always a source of delight. Providing this delight to many is Devanshi Jewels, makers of personalized jewellery. Devanshi Jewels believes in creating beautiful pieces of gems and exquisitely crafted jewellery for those with discerning taste. This is a key part of their brand identity that we started building through a content management system. Mind you, that was just the beginning.

The content management system included carefully photographed jewellery that showcased the delicate and intricate design that Devanshi Jewels offer through their personalized jewellery. It received a positive response from the users and encouraged us to bring in e-commerce integrations into the website.

The end product was delivered to Devanshi Jewels with the following features:

• A comprehensive product gallery where customers could see the ornaments, single gems and their details on rollover
• An overlay of resized images on the product details page
• Virtually unlimited pages for products, categories and other information
• A feature to import or export bulk details of products and categories between MS Excel and a Database
• Integrated payment gateways.

Thus, a sparkling webshop was created for Devanshi Jewels to showcase their niche offering to the customers.
